Gotham Knights Last-Gen Versions Cancelled

Unfortunate news for anyone who is still playing on the consoles from the last generation, as the upcoming Gotham Knights will not be coming out on PS4 or Xbox One any longer.

The announcement came with a new gameplay peek today, in which a short announcement was made at the end of the video to say that the last-gen versions have been cancelled. There was no specific reason given, other than that Warner Bros. Interactive claiming it will “provide players with the best possible gameplay experience.”

Gotham Knights is a co-op adventure that sees Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, and Red Hood fighting crime in Gotham after Batman supposedly be killed. It is being devloped by WB Montreal, the studio behind Arkham Origins and is set to come out on October 25th after a delay.
