Sony Issuing Refunds for “The Last of Us Part II” Digital Editions

1 min read
Sony is giving out refunds for all digital pre-orders.

Following the game’s indefinite delay, Sony has begun to issue refunds for digital versions of The Last of Us Part II.

Set to release in May, the game was delayed last week due to the current coronavirus pandemic. Without any official update on a new release date, Sony has begun issuing refunds to those who digitally preordered the game.

The refunds are going to digital orders only, and there is no word on when, or if, physical copies will be refunded as well.

The game is delayed along with Iron Man VR, and the company says once we are in a place for the releases to be as good as possible, they will launch.

Naughty Dog, the developer behind the game, stated that the game is almost finished now, and that whenever it is released, it will be ready.

For anyone looking for a refund, you won’t have to ask for it. Sony is automatically sending out refunds to everyone who ordered the game and encourages customers to check their emails for more information.
