The second season of Halo Infinite is coming up in the next couple of months, and while we don’t know anything about it, really, it looks like that may be changing very soon.
In an interview with the Washington Post, game’s head of creative, Joseph Staten, spoke to what fans can be expecting when the second season of the game comes out:
“Fans are really soon going to be exposed to some really cool stuff we’ve got going on for Season 2. It’s taken a little bit longer to get the engine up to speed, communications flowing in the way that we want to, but the engine is cranking and I’m super excited about the next year and beyond.”
Staten also made sure to emphasize that the team at 343 Studios wants players to be able to rely and trust in the information that the studio gives them in relation to Halo Infinite. This was the case when the studio had to announce that the game’s Forge and co-op modes won’t be coming out with the release of Season 2, as originally planned.
The only information about Halo Infinite‘s Season 2 is that it will be called Lone Wolves and is set to arrive on May 3rd. On top of that, we also know that there will be new maps, game modes, events, balance changes, as well as a new season battle pass, which is going to include the ability to earn credits to go towards the next battle pass.
