Street Fighter 6 Gameplay Revealed

We got our first glimpse at the gameplay of Street Fighter 6 during yesterday’s PlayStation State of the Play, and it looks just as we would expect it.
While the trailer showed us plenty of glimpses at how the game will look and play, Capcom also gave us more information after the reveal. The game will be coming with three new modes: Fighting Ground, World Tour, and Battle Hub. Old modes like Arcade Mode, Training Mode, local versus battles, and online matches will also be returning. World Tour will serve as the game’s single-player story and is set to push the boundaries of what a fighting game story can be.
The game is also going to have a new mechanic called the “Drive System”, which is said to be “a new gauge used to perform five distinct techniques to enhance a player’s offensive or defensive capabilities.”
The game is being developed on the RE Engine and is set to release sometime in 2023. Street Fighter 6 will be coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
